A senior lecturer at Kolej Komuniti Gopeng with over 19 years of experience in polytechnic education, specializing in technology and computer systems. As a dedicated educator, I am passionate about empowering students through innovative teaching methods and cutting-edge technologies like robotics, artificial intelligence and digital learning platforms.My journey in technical and vocational education (TVET) has been driven by a commitment to fostering creativity and problem-solving skills in the classroom. I have led and contributed to numerous award-winning projects, including advancements in robotics, virtual reality, and web-based surveillance systems, earning accolades at national and international levels.

Beyond teaching, I am actively involved in community outreach, mentoring students in robotics competitions, and facilitating workshops on digital learning and technology integration. My goal is to inspire the next generation of innovators while contributing to the advancement of TVET in Malaysia.

What I Do

Teaching

With over 19 years as a senior lecturer at at few polytechnics and community colleges, I specialize in delivering high-impact education in computer systems and technology. I’ve developed curricula for programs like Full Stack Web Development, Business Intelligence, and Mobile Application Development, ensuring students are equipped with industry-relevant skills. My innovative teaching methods, such as integrating Sphero robotics into problem-solving courses, create engaging and practical learning experiences.

Consultancy

As a trusted consultant, I provide technical expertise to advance educational initiatives. I’ve served as a technical committee member for the Polytechnic Malaysia Digital Learning System (2023) and a jury member for competitions like the International Creative Innovation Idea Competition (ICIC 2024). My contributions to platforms like CIDOS LMS ensure effective integration of technology in learning environments.

Innovation

Innovation drives my work, as evidenced by award-winning projects like the Gold Award for Web Motion Detection Surveillance Camera using ROS and OpenCV (TechCreavery 2017, SPICE 2017) and a Silver Award for Micro-credential for Project Technical Report Guidelines (SUSED 2024). I’ve led initiatives like the POLYCC Metaverse and chaired the Website Committee for Pertandingan Inovasi TVET Kebangsaan 2024, pushing the boundaries of technology in education.

Training

I am passionate about empowering others through hands-on training. I’ve facilitated workshops and mentored students in competitions like the POLYCC Large Language Model League (2024-2025) and Malaysia FIRA Roboworld Cup Robotics Competition (2024-2025). My training sessions focus on equipping learners with skills in robotics, GitHub, and web application development.
